The State of Texas requires a business entity that offers or provides architectural and landscape architectural services or one that uses the title "registered Architect" or "registered interior designer" to describe itself or which offers the services described as those of a Registered Architect or Interior Designer to annually register with the Board.
This UT2 Design website, featuring independent designs that use the title "independent designer", has no known title violations nor services that would require a registered architect or registered interior designer, therefore, UT2 Design has not been required to register with the Board.
